We are licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Hawaii. We guide individuals, couples, and families address emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges. Our focus is on understanding how relationships, family dynamics, and life experiences impact mental health and overall well-being including but limited to the followings:

Couples Counseling – Helps couples improve communication, resolve conflicts, rebuild trust, and strengthen intimacy.

Family Therapy – Works with families to address dynamics that may be contributing to stress, behavioral issues, or mental health concerns.

Individual Therapy – Provides support for anxiety, depression, trauma, or personal challenges while considering the client’s relational context.
