Intensive session is approximately 1½ hours to 2 hours. Intensive training is INTENSIVE meaning you may want to take off from work for that entire week. Often two sessions will be done back to back which cuts down on set up time and can be accomplished in 6 hours with 2 hour break in between. During intensive training period, you are advise to lay low and NOT to engage in anything that is physically and emotionally strenuous (i.e. headstand yoga pose for 30 minutes after brain training might not be ideal).
It is advised that you maintain adequate sleep as Brain Fitness do use up a lot of energy.
Regular session is 45 min to 60 min per session. Regular session can be done daily. It is advised that you need to keep minimum three sessions per week.
